honestly, i missed the times in taiwan, partly because of the place, and most importantly the times spent with jiayi and most importantly the carefree feeling i had. it was so relaxing that i wish i have the money to do so forever. eat , drink , play and most importantly Shopping!!! that's all we needed!! it was definitely a good trip!

first and foremost, Happy Labour Day!! but, not happy for me at all, as i am working on a happy labour day? doesn't this sound irony. already said is labour day, so everyone should be NOT WORKING, why service line people are still working? ha! never mind if we are still working, but don't we deserve better treatment? fancy serving you on a labour day? yet, one and more fussy customers turned up! damn it! we should be staying at home and relax yet we get this attitude from customers? sometimes, in my heart, i really am thinking, so what if you are customer? don't use "Customers are always right!" idiotic phase, who the hell are customers always right, they are demanding, irritating, arrogant creatures. not all of course, only a certain portion of people. sometimes,i hate to say this,but is definitely not a good thing for Singaporean. who knows soon, we will be labeled "arrogant,irritating customers!" i have emphasized so many times that , we as workers, as staffs doesn't own customer a living. we are doing our best and doing our job to serve you, making sure you have a good experience yet there are customers making our life difficult. damn!when will they realize that this is a give and take circumstances?

anyway, speaking of customer services, i pretty admired taipei's city. somehow, my whole shopping experience there is pleasant. they are very friendly and very nice. like you asked the price of the clothes, they will tell u nicely, even if u didn't buy in the end, they will still hope that you go back to their store...i mean the whole experience is good. i should say that they have good customer service! something we should learn from them. but utterly disappointed with their terminal 1 airport. argh! it was pretty bad. the whole trip was very relaxing as we didn't have to rush around alot of places, we were able to take our time to visit places in taipei. however, the culture is so different from here and there. they speak very fluent chinese, yet our Chinese is not up to their standard.the amazing thing is that, we didn't even speak anything yet they know we are from Singapore, the beautiful city! pretty amazing... my curiosity lies in what actually gave us away? ha! interesting. their traffic there is pretty bad. very disorganized. however, they really stick to the rule "Please keep to your left" while taking escalator . and they queue to wait for the train. they don't anyhow cut queue. the food there is super yummy!!! the fried chicken!! 200 marks for it! the sweet corn super nice! the fruits there are nice.
hmm, there happens to be a day when the temperature falls straight down to 14 and it went super super cold, the cold winds that blew towards us felt icy. woo! though is cold but it was nice walking out at that weather.
it was a paid-off trip as we experienced and went alot of places and things. although, there are many places that we didn't cover, but the 1 week there was definitely relaxing. help me boost my energy back.

anyway, i have been working non stop since i am back.sometimes i think, why do i actually have to work so hard??

there are still pictures that i have yet to post it up, those are the pictures we spent at an amusement park. it was fun...i love the ferris wheel alot. so nice and romantic, but actually it was scary as well. as it goes very very slowly, worse than a tortoise, and it went very high.... hahha... still alot of things to talk about. but guess pictures first...haha.. i love the pictures we took, but it was pretty pathetic, as we went in twos and couldn't take the 2 of us properly...so sad...so there's pretty alot of individual pics of us.

my trip to taiwan began on 17th April 2007, Tuesday 1pm.
along with me is my beloved friend, Tan Jia Yi. During the 7 night stays, we shared the same room, shared the same bed. Ha! love travelling with her. this whole trip was great with her around! there are so much things that i want to talk about. alot alot. about Taipei, about what we did, about what happened. however, i don know where i should start.

this was an educating trip as well. we chatted alot. alot about many stuffs. about our future, about relationships, about planning. alot. she gave me alot of reminders cos she definitely know what kind of person i am. i can really sense that she wants me to be happy, she wants the best thing to happen to me, and she is truly my fren. vice versa. i would love to let her have alot of happy things happening to her, and wants the best for her. though, there are problems we had that no one could help, but a listening ear was good enough. this whole trip was relaxing as well. we not only did purely shopping. we visited alot of places and did alot of things. time spent there was definitely fun! mostly importantly, i have accompanion from my dearest fren. and 小鬼 made the whole trip definitely worth it! cos,i saw him and took a lovely picture with me! i was jumpin in joy! really happy!!

how come people are so hard to please? how come people are so impatient?
i don't get it. can't they see that there are other customers in front of the queue? so what's the impatient of ordering when the first customer isn't even done yet. is so irritating. i am trying to give a good service experience, but the customers are stopping me from doing so. i'll get so frustrated about it. people knows nothing but complain, complain and countless of complain.

how come the complain comes out so often and u hardly get compliment? come'on, they are brothers. all the same Capital C. are they seeing heads to heads? people complain when a slight mistake was made, but when we provide good customer service no one compliment, they just take it for granted. what kind of environment are we creating for each other? i don't understand how can people be so rude and mean? isn't is just reflect badly on them? maybe they think they are cool! but ass off. they are just full of craps! world is unfair, it is so clearly stated. people like to complain complain complain.... what's with complain??? typical human beings....

now i see big picture, there are so many types of human beings on earth. dont't assume that everyone is nice. in the end, i will be the one getting cheated... argh! hate it! why must the world be full of defensive people? can't everybody live harmony? that's what every country trying to fulfill them isn't it? some times, it takes alot to deal with human human relationships. people,please reflect.. when you order or buy something, the person serving you owe you NOTHING! nothing at all! you don't have to show face! so what if you are rich or so what if you think you are pretty or so what if u think u are better? we are just customer ASKING FOR HELP. remember you are asking for help, and please do so as if you are really asking for help. the people doesn't owe u anything. they are doing their job by serving you. and if they really give u a bad customer service experience, then u have the rights to do anything, but then it is so bad when they are providing good service yet you have a "come slap me face" . takes a lot to have good customers service!

sometimes, u are looking forward to working, but someone could just ruin it .

i will be going away, to relax and take a breathe. too tired of things around me...
not being able to do things that i want is enough, havin to tolerate arrogant and ignorance attitude is enough. everybody should just reflect and stop it!

okie, maybe i should also reflect on myself. i am not perfect either!
